Maths Puzzle - 14

The same friend sent me another maths puzzle.

If:

21, 23, 25 = 44236
29, 31, 33 = 60252
45, 47, 49 = 92284

What is the value of

37, 39, 41?

Note:
Find the pattern from the 1st set of equations and use the pattern to solve the problem.
