Einstein Puzzle

This is a lovely puzzle (http://www.brain-fun.com/Brain-Teasers/EinsteinsRiddle.php) that a friend of mine gave me long time back.

Apparently 98% of the people cannot solve this puzzle. (It doesn't sound so hard to me)
