Name Of 5th Child - Zaze Puzzle

A friend sent me this puzzle with a standard boilerplate from Facebook - that 99.99% can't solve it and if you solve it, you will be Trump's next playmate and be eligible for $130,000 hush money.

I solved it. Zuze is the answer. But then for Zuze to be the answer another condition must hold true. What is it?

    Johny's real name must be Zuze or Johny is the name of the fifth son and not Zuze.

    It is possible that Zuze is the 5th son while (A) Johny's real name is not Zuze and (B) than Johny is not the name of the 5th son.

    What condition must be true then?

    If he was a step son, the father mentioned would be his step father. The puzzle would not have mentioned "johny's FATHER HAVE...". Right?
